SiteSentry provides website health monitoring: we periodically check your website's availability, security certificates, mobile rendering, and performance, and notify you when we detect problems. Free audits are one-time checks with no ongoing obligation.
Monitoring is a best-effort early-warning service. We cannot guarantee we will detect every issue, and we are not liable for downtime, lost revenue, or other damages resulting from problems with your website, whether or not we detected them. You remain responsible for maintaining your website.
Fix-it work is scoped and quoted upfront at a flat fee before we begin. If we discover the work is larger than scoped, we will tell you before proceeding and you may decline at no charge.
Monitoring is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may only submit websites you own or are authorized to monitor. You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
We may update features or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
