When you request a free audit or sign up for monitoring, we collect:
We also collect basic technical data about the websites we monitor (uptime, response times, certificate status) in order to provide the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we need to operate (for example, our email delivery provider), who are bound to use it only for that purpose.
By requesting an audit or signing up, you agree to receive service-related emails from us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time; account and alert emails will continue while your monitoring subscription is active.
We keep your contact information for as long as you use the service, and delete it on request. Monitoring history is retained while your subscription is active.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@sitesentryhq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the date above.
